Required  Hardware 1  SL2100  Chassis  (BE116491)  and  CPU  (BE116496)  as  well  as  VoIP  Terminals  are  required. SL2100  CPU  now  includes  8  Built-In  VoIP  Channel  Resources  which  may  be  used  for  any  VoIP  type  of  conversation.    If more  than  8  VoIP  to  TDM  conversations  are  required  at  one  time,  the  VoIPDB  (BE116500)  would  need  to  be  installed onto  the  CPU  next  for  a  total  of  16  VoIP  Resources.    If  more  than  16  resources  are  required,  additional  VoIP  16Channel-Lic  licenses  (BE116744)  may  be  installed  after  the  VoIPDB  is  installed.    System  maximum  VoIP  resources  is 128  (VoIP  DB  +  7  Licenses  to  reach  max). NEC  SL  series  VoIP  Terminals  do  not License  for  each  terminal. require  an  IP  Terminal  license.    3rd  party  IP  Terminals  require  an  IP  Terminal SL2100  IP  Telephones  (BE117453)  (8IPLD)  may  be  powered  by  POE  switch  or  POE  injectors  only. SL1100  IP  Telephones  are  also  supported  on  SL2100  systems  and  may  be  powered  by  a  POE  Switch  (802.3af)  or  by  an optional  AC  Adapter  P/N  690631.

The SL2100’s ACD is often found in offices that handle large volumes of incoming phone calls and efficiently routes callers based on pre-established criteria. When all agents are busy assisting callers, the outside party can listen to periodic announcement messages while waiting for an agent to become free. Callers can also overflow to another destination so that outside callers are not left waiting on hold for an extended period of time, making each interaction between your business and your customers quick and easy.
